Description
On the reverse side of the coin the design shows the construction of Mount Rushmore. The Mount Rushmore National Memorial is located in Keystone, South Dakota and it features 60-foot sculptures of four former presidents: George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt, and Abraham Lincoln.
Note: Mount Rushmore is also pictured on the South Dakota state quarter.

These coins are part of the America the Beautiful quarters program.
The US minted different series of the Mount Rushmore quarter. There is the 2013 P quarter, 2013 D quarter, 2013 S quarter, 2013 S proof quarter and 2013 S silver proof quarter.
Proof coins are essentially coins that have more detail. They are minted on special planchets and it takes longer to produce them. They are specifically made for collectors so you won’t find any in your spare change.
Note: The mint mark can be found on the obverse side of each coin under the “IN GOD WE TRUST” motto.
